Yeah, the heat in the pizza melts the cheese and the pizza's temp is brought down to acceptable eating levels.
I've seen videos of people showing off a pizza restaurant that does 'cold-cheese pizza'
But they show unmelted cheese shreds on top, which idk that's a little weird.
But the way I do it, it melts, yeah.

Do yall ever add extra cheese onto your frozen pizzas once they're out of the oven?
We just started doing that recently and it's been awesome.
Extra cheese, and I don't have to worry about burning my mouth.
