Advice? Let me see..
You get volts by posting, trading with users (items or art), or sometimes from the daily chance.
Items with multiple poses will allow you to equip two poses at once, so if you want to equip a whole set, you only need half the amount of items.
And if you'd like to see what items we have on voltra, that aren't common shop items, just check out the Voltra Item Museum
Our event items are the best I've seen from different avatar sites, imo.

I'm just gonna go looking through my youtube favorites and list out stuff I see and recommend.
Estas Tonne - The Song of the Golden Dragon (Super awesome classical guitar)
Incubus (Almost all their stuff is great)
MONKEY MAJIK / Delicious (Funky J-Rock with an English singer)
Just about anything by Lil Dicky, if you like Hip Hop. He's like a comedy rapper.
Taylor Dayne - 'Tell It To My Heart' and 'Don't Rush Me'
The 1975 (British band. I think they're kinda indie. They got a lot of good stuff)
Ronald Jenkees (He does keyboard music and beats. Really cool guy. Good shit. Check out his videos on youtube.)
Some different ska bands. 'Less Than Jake' 'The Mighty Mighty Bosstones' 'Big D and the Kids Table' 'Streetlight Manifesto'
You could also join our discord and check out the music chat channel from time to time. Some people post stuff there every day or so.
