We currently do not have any minigames like Gaia does, so the only means of attaining currency is by posting, or sometimes from the daily chance if you're lucky.
But most things are quite cheap so it shouldn't be too hard to get items.
Most of the best items are event items anyway, imo , and you can get those for free just by being active during events.
Luckily, you joined at the tail end of our christmas themed event, so it looked like you were able to get all the items from the calendar.

If you look in the Help/Support forum, you should be able to find a thread called 'The Voltra Item Museum'
It's a directory for finding listings of all Voltra items that are not common shop items.

I think french toast and shoofly pie with buttermilk whipped creams fit the name of "Trashcan Special" really well.
Since french toast and buttermilk are made from foods that are 'aged' in a controlled way.
And shoofly pie has 'fly' in the name. lol

Yeah, yeah.

Iced coffee, made from a pot of coffee that was left to sit out for a day.
With a dollop of buttermilk whipped cream.
Garnished with freshly ground cinnamon and coffee grounds.

And french toast with a drizzle of honey, and a dollop of the same buttermilk whipped cream.

Or something almost as terrible.
Whatever he's looking at has certainly given him some kind of intense emotion.
Fear, despair, confusion.

Perhaps a betrayal from the single person they thought they could trust.
In a world where they must allow themselves to be used by others, just to get by.
And the one person they thought wouldn't 'use and abuse' them, has just done something terrible to them.
