@kiwi: Oh gosh, motivating yourself to draw and putting yourself out there is enough of a hard time. Especially when every artist is a self critic in the worst possible way. We should be making it easier for other artists by encouraging them and not by shitting on their work. Why would people even do that... I suppose those people are not really artists so they don't know how it feels to pour your heart out into a piece and how vulnerable it makes you. Or they are artists and they are just extremely evil people who know how much it will hurt.

@Mandy Amour: I don't want to dismiss his opinion off-hand because its partially true. The undo button becomes a crutch to alot of people.
He meant well and told me to build up my confidence in my strokes using traditional ink so I get faster. I will start to make more confident and precise strokes and like not give in to the perfectionistic fiddling. Old folks give good advice they just don't sugarcoat things at all! XD
Anywho, I do hope you give tablets a chance. You can start with a cheap medium-sized one and if you don't like it. At least you didnt spend too much and you can use it to sign documents digitally XD
