@millet: Philadelphia. I actually wasn't impressed with NYC's Chinatown - there's not a whole lot for kids there compared to the Philly one. Here we have several stores with (counterfeit) toys like Pokeyman plushies and DBZ figures. Maybe I didn't look in the right areas, but in NYC's Chinatown the only toy store was a few blocks away from Chinatown I think? I've only been there once.

In Philly, I saw seaweed flavored Lays a few months ago, and had a bbq meat one about a month or so ago.

@millet: What do you mean by 'chip daddy'? Like, buying international snacks that are chips? I've got access to Korean Doritos and Cheetos; I sometimes see Chinese Lays in Chinatown, as well.

Korean and Japanese Cheetos are strangely sweet, but at least they don't have neon orange cheese dust on em.

I bought Prison Profiteers a while ago but I haven't actually gotten around to reading past the first few pages. It's not a bad book; I just have an infamously bad attention span and medication didn't do squat for it.

@rayon declaire: I'm not sure if you're joking or not, but Omnidrink was an April Fool's joke. ^^;

@milkdaddy: Really? I never got that impression but I guess it depends where you hang out. I avoided the Chatterbox after someone told me to screw myself with a narwhal.

Plus they don't have any new and fun robotic items nowadays. They had a recolor of the XI-16 item but that's it. It's all frou-frou kawaii demon girly goddess whatever. I'm a girl but I don't typically dress my avatar as such.

I stopped spending money there after the recent notification. Does that count as jumping ship? Maybe not completely, but I'm sorta hesitant to get attached to my account any more than I already am.

D: I love wearing perfume - usually in oil format. I have a musk one called Pure Abyad from a French company that I absolutely love. Hopefully it doesn't cause problems for people.

@corvid: Good to know the site hasn't changed an iota since I left. The minigames weren't too bad; certainly better than watching people gossiping about each other and trying to start trouble when there was nothing worth starting a fight over.
