SO
Once just completely forgot the right way in fallout new vegas, even though i had walked that road numerous times on other characters
(ironically, i was playing a low intelligence character)
I ended up spending 1,5 hour to get to the place while it could've been done in , like, 20 minutes? That probably was one of the funniest and most frustrating adventures i've had in that game.
I still have the screen from the route i walked inner me is still crying about it.
Finally seeing Dinky the dinosaur in the distance was one of my happiest moments.

admittedly it wasn't the first time i got lost :^)
