Well Today I did Skinless Boneless Chicken breasts. I put them in tin foil, in the oven for 20 minutes at 450 degrees and they cam eout moist and cooked to perfection.

Morning, or well heading on afternoon my time, s hark. how goes yoru day, i just poped some boneless skinless chicken intot he oven so im waiting for it to cook 'nods'

@Unicorn: don't feel bad, I'll probably go pass out at some point myself, i only got four hours of sleep before my body told me i needed to be up.

@Unicorn: Thanks I'll need it and yeah.. i didn't get much sleep, I've been feeling hyper. thena gain i actually ate three meals yesterday so I'm not surprised I'm hyper haha.

@Lithinel: it is i think the sites in overdrive after being home, i know i am, i've been bouncing around, fixing my links. as is gonna have to fix up my quest thread haha. how have you been doing?
