I tried to submit a support ticket, but when I tried to send the ticket the page just kept loading forever for some reason, so I'm not sure if it worked. I tried it twice and had the same loading issue both times, so I decided to just make a thread. Also, I tried going to the homepage on both my phone and iPad and get the same error on both.
