With the upcoming event, I thought it would be nice to share some campfire/camping/summer songs with each other to help set the mood! Personally, I'll be recommending some Korean songs that I feel go with the theme of the event~

The first song I'll be recommending is RED by The Rose. I feel like this song goes well with the mood of a summer evening or night, camping/playing under either the setting sun or stars. I also just really like this song. Listening to it puts me in a good mood.

Next up, we have Abing Abing by Orange Caramel.This song was actually a collaboration between Baskin-Robbins and Orange Caramel, and what's summer without some cool treats like ice cream and bingsu?

There are also some Korean music videos that involve camping/scouts, such as Sea of Moonlight by IU and Fiestar, Fireflires by NCT Dream, and Call Your Name by JBJ.

Stay by Blackpink and Rooftop by N.Flying just give me campfire vibes as well.

Ahh, both items are lovely! I especially like the Love Senshi. The new emojis are nice as well~

I've dabbled in journaling a bit here and there, but I never managed to stick to it for very long for the most part. The best I did was in 2018 when I managed to do some journaling every day in Korean, but they were mostly very short entries where I tried to incorporate recently learned words and/or grammar points.

What are some of your favorite board games and card games?

For board games, some that I like are Trouble, Monopoly, Clue, Scrabble, Connect 4, and Life. I remember there was a game like Connect 4 on Runescape, and for awhile I would always play it against my friends on there. Monopoly is fun, but I think I started many more games than I ever finished. Also, I remember liking chess when we played human chess in fifth grade. We had a board made of tape on the floor with spaces colored in with chalk and we played against the other fifth grade classes. Each game some people would play the pieces and the remaining students would decide how to move the pieces. I got to play the queen in the first game which was fun despite the fact that all I really did was move as directed. We also spent some time playing normal chess before that to prepare. I'd also like to say that Mario Party, which is like a video game board game, has always been a favorite of mine.

For card games, Uno is definitely my favorite. It always results in a fun screaming match and lots of laughter when played with friends. Some others I like are Kemps, War, Cards Against Humanity, and Solitaire.
