Most enjoyable- Intensive and extensive reading probably
Most effective- I feel like all of it has been effective, but I think focusing on grammar and vocab at first gave me a good base for when I started reading more

For Russian, I was working through The New Penguin Russian Course: A Complete Course for Beginners, making and reviewing Anki cards, and watching an occasional YouTube video to review certain topics

I think one interesting thing to talk about is language learning methods.

For Korean, I first worked through the Korean Grammar In Use book series, making Anki cards for vocab and grammar as I went. For grammar, I actually started off using Evita's grammar deck and added to it once I passed the point it went up to. My vocab deck was made from scratch though. I almost listened to a lot of Korean music and Korean shows (which I watched with English subtitles at the time). Nowadays I've mostly been learning through extensive and intensive reading and listening. While doing intensive reading/listening, I sentence mine and make Anki cards for sentences that have one unknown word in them. For extensive actives, I might look up a word here and there, but otherwise I just focus on getting the gist of things.

Learning Russian has been fun but difficult. I feel like I spent most of the time learning about cases, and it's kind of hard to remember how the words change for each case. I can tell I made progress though

Well, I've been learning Korean for awhile, and I've been learning Russian for a month and a half, but now I'm taking a break from Russian to see if I'd rather learn Spanish

And I ended up deciding to take a break from Russian to see if I'd rather try to learn Spanish first
