Edit: I'm gonna preface this story by apologizing for having drowned the spiders. Yes I know they were living creatures, and yes I probably could have done something better, but I was naked with others in the house, my options were limited.

So today I wanted to have a nice refreshing shower before school. I get all my stuff ready, I get into the shower and as I turn the water on I notice a black circle hidden under our bath mat (my sister needs it to prevent her from slipping in the tub). I've become a well-known bug killer in my house so I just washed the butt away, no problem. BUT THEN I casually put my hand on my thigh because I felt proud of myself for catching the spider, but I felt something soft and weird on my thigh. YUP, THERE WERE TWO. There was another spider just chilling on my thigh - needless to say it went to bug heaven too. I felt bad, I screamed so loudly I scared my mother.

So uh, summer is great right? ;_;

Iris was putting her things back in her bag when she heard Jake's question; something about the question seemed odd to her so she looked over at him, "Make up for today? You didn't do anything wrong. Well, I guess besides disrupt class." She trailed for a second, then glanced at her bag, oh, he was referring to that. "Oh I'm sorry; I hope I didn't seem upset about moving my bag. It was fine, really." She forced a smile; she wasn't one for conversation.

Just a few things with regards to your hubby's avatar; I can't guarantee that I'll be able to do those silver chains, but I will try, is that alright? Also, I see some gold on the boots, did you want me to put those on the doll? Oh and with regards to yours, did you want the band aid as well as a bit of blush or no blush? If you want the blush I'll make it a lighter shade of pink than the band aid.

@Siron: Aw lol, I do that with my soy milk; I hide it behind the pickles. :P

I would do that if I wasn't living with other people who could steal them! ;_; My dad is notorious for taking my chocolate from the fridge. - Also the fork is AMAZING! I use spoons for popcorn too. :P

Iris looks slightly annoyed by her teachers remark, picking up her bag from the seat and placing it on the ground between her feet. Not saying anything she clicked her pen and glanced over to him, nodding her head for him to take the seat. But something changed when she looked at him, her frustration turned to fear, oh crap.

"Yeah, go right ahead." She muttered, not making any eye contact, but certainly giving off odd vibes. Suddenly this class didn't seem all that bad.

As students begin treading into the Pyro-glyphics class, Iris sees people going in and she changes her jogging to a slight sprint. A student walking in keeps the door open for her to come in, "Thank you," she says, slightly winded. She follows inside and looks around, her seat is always wherever there is one available; today its right at the very front where the teacher talks, great.

She marched over to the seat and slumped down into it, placing her bag on the empty seat beside her as she rummaged through it to get her notebook and a pen. She both loved and despised this course; she knew most of the basics of fire magic, but she needed the credit. As she finished getting her things the bell rang and the teacher stood up from her desk.

@Lunakiri: I feel kinda silly now, I think I've been doing that since August. XD;;

March at Magika Academy; when the air is crisp, the flowers are blooming, and the students are grumpy. It's almost as if spring was invented to torture students. Iris, the young, small cyclops, was just waking up to start the day. Her roommate Lizzy left the alarm going for a good five minutes, how sweet, Iris marched over to the alarm and shut it off.

"Oh hey yeah, morning Iris!" Lizzy chuckled awkwardly whilst holding her plate of eggs.
"Morning." Iris grumbled, grabbing her things to get ready for school, "Don't suppose you have an extra plate of eggs?" "If I did," Lizzy began, scooping some of the yellow mash onto her fork, "I'd be taking it with me for lunch."

Iris was not one to cook, or prepare properly for school. Though she was a decent student, she found getting up early to be a pain. Might as well sleep right before having to leave. Iris finished getting ready and grabbed her bag, Lizzy looked up from her plate and over to her, "You're leaving without eating?" Iris shrugged, "I have class in ten." She then darted out the door, not too eager to start the day.

Age: 18
Species: Cyclops
Appearance: 4'10" with pale pink skin. One big purple eye hidden under a mountain of sandy blonde hair.
Bio: Iris is a B+ average student with immense anxiety. She is shy around everyone who isn't her friend, but bold when she is among friends. Her element of choice is fire and she loves making ghosts out of the flames.
