oh yeah, I was surely a nocturnal creature then but I had no social life.
also taking melatonin (and black out curtains) to be able to sleep during the day
ahaha mdom i don't remember the brand, but the factory also made various hair and body products you can find in stores. every time I walk by them I get a bit angry.

I have a better job as a validation/verification lab tech at an R&D company now, even if the pay still isn't great but lab techs generally aren't paid very well anyway.
still treated better and working 7am-3:30pm m-f is much better.

12 hour overnight shifts for a few years (including weekend shifts for a year), shit pay, repetitive work, and overall just very depressing.
I was all for a lab work career but that one definitely wasn't it. it was the most basic wet chemistry job anyone with an associate degree could do and I had a bachelor's, and we were just treated horribly too.
plus wearing fucking hair nets.

I would test the hair dyes on various swatches that also includes grey hair to see how they hold up
SO I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN but I purged my memory of ever having worked at that shithole.

you think I would know, having worked quality control at a factory that made hair dye years ago (nightmare)
