There are a few neighbours with weed plants but that is legal here.
But a few neighbourhoods away, it does smell like they're making drugs.

The police made a parfum that smells like an xtc lab, so people will recognise the smell.
The news made some people smell it and they described it exactly like how part of a neighbourhood here smells.
