ah that was my thinking as well but considering the event will go on for two weeks i think most people should be able to get at least one full set by then if not multiple :-)
seattle is pretty chill, good nature access and lots of trees, though i think it's been getting more expensive lately
the summer weather there is ~ truly perfect ~ imo and at its peak iirc think the sun is out from like <5am to >9pm
(i really gotta start work lmfao so i'm gonna go but it was nice chatting!! see you later ^^)

although i don't think i've ever started at 9 tbh
i'm wfh so no one's really watching and as long as i get my work done i don't think the hours should matter too much ....... lol

mm i usually mix it up so it's not beans beans beans lol
i usually season them w paprika+turmeric+cumin no matter what form (tacos, chili, etc.) and they always taste really good, would recommend

ooh i get most of my protein from beans, chickpeas, and eggs i think ... sometimes tofu tho!
i'll do black bean tacos, chili, lentil soup, etc. though the main thing i focus on is getting enough protein so i'm not feeling hungry
the beans and chickpeas last like forever since they're mostly dried or sometimes canned (takes some planning tho - gotta soak overnight but i'll make extra and freeze for future me!)
i had an impossible burger once! it was p good ^^
i think there are but since it's nyc there are a lot more like local/family mexican i would hit up first
i love qdoba tho lol i like how their guac is free
