i like how back ponytail layers can be separate too
tho i feel like it could get pricey lol to get all the combinations you want

and yeah! when i have more volts i wanna layer the long braids (commons) w/ the violets hair,
i was playing around and it looked pretty good if you can get a good color combo going
ooo i'm not sure if i have a good system yet... usually i start w/ an item i want to try
but sometimes the end result doesn't even include it lol
i usually take screenshots and save "drafts" of item combinations i like
like the last one i had started out w/ just pisces + land separating ocean and sea
and then i just kept going lol

are they hard to make?? i was kind of thinking if i should pick it up
i feel similarly, i wouldn't mind having a scanner but not sure if i want the hassle of acquiring one + making space for it
i've been thinking of getting a scanner+printer combo for making zines tho, maybe i'll bite the bullet later this year
and omg - although i've definitely seen that workflow before
it does feel physically nicer to work mostly on paper

yeah nyc was hit pretty hard, leaving the house was pretty tense/stressful for a while, but it's definitely better now than it was last month
i moved here about 2 years ago? from philly :3
i used to work a little in east and south bay ^^ are you close to sf?
that's too bad, i'm sorry to hear it :-( a friend and i were planning on going to momocon this month, it would have started tomorrow haha
my birthday was earlier this month and hers is next week, so it would have been a cute trip together
hopefully cons can be back on next year, and i hope you'll get to do something nice for yourself this year!

do you mostly use it for photographing your drawings?
that's the way i used to do it too!
i guess scanners are becoming closer to obsolete since our phone cameras have gotten better

@bonnie: oo u should give the arms a whirl again, i'm sure you could put together something good with them ^^
haha right now all of my hair items are mostly event items, i only 1.5 common hair items (the .5 being the bangs i currently have on)
it's been fun to see how layers work for hair though, :3 sometimes you can break them in pretty or interesting ways

now i'm in nyc, so it's been pretty bad lol :-/ but improving by a lot i think currently?
it's hard to say, i can never really tell how i'm supposed to feel about the situation
are you norcal or socal?
i'm sorry to hear that! i spent my birthday in quarantine recently, it wasn't too bad, i just had to adjust my expectations for what a good day could look like :-p

similar to like having tv in the bg ?
i have a hard time w/ talking in the bg cuz i either am listening or i'm not,
like i'm either interested and then it's distracting or it gets tuned out completely lol

i'm still pretty new so i don't really have an idea of how rare/hard it is to get certain items
like there are event items and commons that are soo good that i would have believed it if they were rare
orbs last longer than monthlies right? i really want a necromancer lol
is it easier to wait for someone to sell in the exchange?
