yeah i went somewhere else for a semester and it was way chiller - and their dance club was like multiple free group lessons every week for $5/month, it was still intimidating but the beginner classes were Actually beginner friendly and it helped a lot w building confidence!!
the flash mob thing sounds super fun!! i'd love to do something low key like that ^0^

yeah hands i feel like can be universally tricky .... i'm glad we like, mostly have them though haha so u usually always have a reference when u need one

⠀|⠀post art by kiwi!⠀|⠀spooky chat@moodyb: i think it's easy to discount your own hard work - do you ever go back to reflect on your progress?? i have a tendency to do that, where i'm like noo why is my art so bad -- but then i'll look back at my art from before and see the improvement and feel a lot more motivated! i think it helped too that my friend pointed this out to me, it was a good reminder that depression goggles make it harder to assess ur own progress
that's honestly so impressive! it sounds like it's a good sustainable pace for u too which is so great :0
what are some things you wanna tackle next??

if you take the figure you draw, you basically resize/rotate and blur the shit out of it and then maybe do some adjusting for colors/brightness/etc ! and reuse the whole thing as the bg haha

i remember i went to a "beginner's" workshop one year and had my ass handed to me, i was so embarrassed i never went again
like they record the dances at the end and i was sooo embarrassed that i was fucking it up for everyone 
did u do dance?? i can imagine the dance culture being kind of intense in your region tho lol

do you keep in touch w friends from school much??i had a really hard time figuring out a style after joining voltra cuz i hadn't done character art in sooo long :0 i think one is starting to emerge but i feel like i'm starting from scratch a bit every time Haha like how did i do this last time???
