we had to tho since it was at my friends apt and i needed my dishes back haha
we did so much cleaning while cooking too haha ......
luckily my friend really likes to clean, she was so helpful to cook with (prayer hands emoji)

i used this one for the kale salad, and i added some lemon juice to it too
yeah honestly i rarely ever eat salad :0 but i think it was a good addition to all the heavier savoury dishes!

i'm not usually interested in dressings / vinaigrettes but we made the one from this video and real talk it was one of the tastiest things
would totally recommend ... 2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp balsamic
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp neutral oil
salt and pepper
minced shallot
not sure what ur stance on honey is tho lol .... i think it's good for the bees for us to eat honey but i know some hardcore vegans who don't?
