mm i'm gonna be honest i don't know much

but i thiiink paleo is like ppl mostly eat proteins and veg ... ? it can be kind of popular in the states .........
personally i try to think of food as nourishment , but i think there's a lot of food culture that frames it as punishment

i hope u can eat what feels good for u though ....
