omg i just ate it it was so good lol
toasted on multigrain bread: honey roasted turkey, vermont cheddar, garlic hummus, mayo, spinach, and sliced cherry tomatoes :3
i don't usually eat sandwiches but i've been really craving them this year for some reason lol i genuinely don't think i've made this kind of sandwich at home in like a decade :0

that's a good idea i'll start a list of supplies i should get!!
i guess a lantern would be ideal since no fire risk like candles lol
batteries... maybe a portable charger ...? first aid kit .... i should probably have one of those haha ...

does ur fam keep an emergency kit sort of thing? would happily take recs lol

that's good to have! you sound like you have a lot of yard space haha with the shelter garden and chickens etc !!
maybe you can keep something comforting down there >w> like a blanket or a teddy bear haha

haha i realized yesterday i basically don't have any emergency supplies

will have to get some for next time i guess ...

i just have my phone flashlight i think :-/
i'm gonna try to keep my devices charged today just in case we lose power ...
