i would be down for some combination of these: mechs/robots (and cyborgs?), paranormal spookies, light cosmic horror, apocalypses, political tension / revolutions
i also really enjoy surrealist elements!

i could be interested in something modern or near future with sci fi and paranormal elements
i would be interested in a world that contrasts something clean and futuristic against something dark and looming (like we’re approaching but never arrive at the apocalypse). or like maybe we know last days are coming (are we counting down or is it any day now?), what are we doing until then?
i'm picturing sweltering heat and a sweating daytime city

i'm also picturing something flcl-esque (if you've seen it) - and i think it could be fun to do something similarly chaotic style-wise as it

lmk if interested! and if so, what kind of settings / plots / characters / dynamics would you have in mind or want to try?

it doesn't seem as relevant rn during the event threads cuz this is p fast for voltra lol

but sometimes it's awk in hangout / group threads cuz ppl are two pinging each other and then it sometimes feels like interrupting their convo

i guess pings are a thing both here and there ^^

i think here on voltra having pings can sometimes make group convos a little harder :0

haha i have a bamboo fun from 2008
i'm so surprised it still works w/ catalina
(well it didn't at first i had to install a patch to get it to work :0)

before i got it to work i was like hmmmm should i get an ipad for drawing lol

ooh i used krita for a bit too ! it runs kind of slow for me tho even after i upgraded computer so now i stick to autodesk sketchbook (which is also free!!)

krita is closer to photoshop tho which i was used to as far as shortcuts / functionality but sketchbook feels pretty nice to use too and probably works well on ipad :0

oh nice ^^ i haven't tried drawing on that kind of tablet much before but it seems more like, direct tactile feedback
