@superbearwars: Lol that sucks. >w< curse my need to watch dubs sometimes. Also I prefer dubbed since I don't 'watch' things as much as I listen to them. Unless it's something that really holds my attention.
@Another Movie Addict: That's understandable. I usually prefer to watch things actively, but then again, sometimes I prefer to watch something I've already seen so I can just passively listen to it and do other things while multitasking, or not having to pay attention to the plot, etc.
@superbearwars: Basically same. There's only a few things that I give my full attention to and not treat it like background noise while I play a game or something. Lol it's kind of hard to play WoW and watch something at the same time, without a second monitor.
@Another Movie Addict: Yeah, I totally get that lol. I use Let's Plays as background noise A LOT, and sometimes cartoons I've already seen... but Youtube/gaming videos are definitely my go-to for background noise.
@superbearwars: Mine is usually movie reviews for background noise. Sometimes though it's a movie I've seen several times. Lol drove my ex nuts. Because he'd be like 'aren't you watching this' because I was like doing something graphic design-y or playing a game. I am 'watching' it.
@Another Movie Addict: lol! I get that. I also like to watch stuff with friends, at least as far as cartoons/movies go. It's like... one of my comfort activities, spending time with friends/watching shows together. So I end up doing it a lot.
@superbearwars: I used to have someone who'd do long distance movie nights with me. Like I gave them my Xfinity password, and we'd watch like Disney's Descendants together. Or we'd pick a horror movie and feel like idiots whenever a jump scare got us. Now there's no one to watch movies or shows with. My ex isn't very good at watching shit with me, because I love things like Mystery Science Theater 3000 and Rifftrax so I'd riff the movie. No his thing or any of my other friends thing.

@Another Movie Addict: Ahh, I understand. ;w; I do show/film streams on rabb.it all the time! So I'm kind of thinking, if I end up being a regular on here, I might make a "movie night" hangout thread? That could be fun. We could chat about the stream in the thread and stuff like that.
