Yeah... I almost dislocated it yesterday just by reaching for a snack, somehow. But luckily I didn't. It's still weak from me not using the muscles and I dislocated it last year.

@Totalanimefan: I went to PT last year when I broke my arm (while my shoulder was dislocated) so I should be able to do the same exercises at home. Tbh I just need to strengthen my arm/shoulder, which I should have kept up after PT, but... :x oops
