Ty paused for a moment, and thought about it.

"....she should be." he said.

"From what we've seen, she'll come back from anything. Just... a lot more slowly than me." he told her.

"But truth be told, I don't know." he admitted.

"I've been around for a very long time, and that's the first time I've seen an incomplete pit... well... work." he went on.

"Those kinds usually just do the opposite and kill someone." he said further.

"Lunet is truly someone in uncharted territory."

"Now that's a bit on the terrifying side." Miki commented.

"I wonder if she's aware of how she may not survive one time... if she's not, then she may be a bit careless." She added.

"I don't know, but... possibly. She is still a teen. Sure, she's an adult by this point, but still."

"I don't know." he said.

"Only SHE does." he mumbled.

"At least the Order is helping her with her nightmares." he then went on.

"Seems like a partial pit's nightmares are a little more easily dealt with." he shrugged.

"Which is good for her."

"Honestly, I'm ... kind of happy that she fell in." Miki admitted.

".... Might I ask why?" Ty asked, his voice almost incredulous, along with confused, shocked, and agitated.

"Firstly, Hal has someone that he loves, that won't die before him." Miki continued.

"And same with Cain. His parents will live for basically ever, he'll basically live forever... but he would have lost Lunet if she hadn't fallen in." She shrugged lightly here.

"Both of Cain and Hal have someone that will be a constant."

"I...." he stammered.

"Well, then." he said.

"I hadn't considered that." he admitted.

"..." he was then silent for a moment, before smiling slightly.

"Heh." he chuckled.

"Good for them." he said sincerely.

"Plus, she's got you to help if she needs help from someone of the same variety as she is." Miki commented with a light shrug.

"Here's hoping though, neither of you end up ... well, severely mentally damaged from this." She then said. "And I don't mean damaged in a irrevocable way, I mean in the sense of being traumatised."

". . . Iknow you've been through the ringer a few times, but I don't know if she could handle it."

"I was an adult, and made a conscious decision." Tyson responded.

"I knew what I was getting into." he said.

"Well... I did. I thought I did. Point is, I was able to adapt reasonably well. Sort of." he muttered.

"With Lunet, it was an accident, and she had NO idea what it was." he went on.

"Regardless, I intend to be there for her if she needs help coping or needs someone that understands." he said further.

"It's the least I can do for the daughter of my oldest friend." he reasoned with a small sigh.

She sighed as she stepped into the research lab, wondering where Levi was. She'd made her way there, at his behest, with some food. He wanted one thing before the lockdown and she figured why not sate that craving while she could.

"Hey Levi! I got your artery clogging Chicken!" She called into the empty lab with a llaugh.

After a second, she heard him call back.

"In the back!" he said.

"Sorry, in the middle of something!" he continued.

She then made her way to him, and he sighed.

"I'm weird, and have a fave computer." he admitted, before smelling the bag.

"Ohhhh MAN that smells divine!" he exclaimed happily.

'Once you're done with that, I got your indulgence here." She commented.

"anyway, I'll leave ya to it. Enjoy." she added with a wave, before heading for the door to leave. She had no idea if he wanted company or not.

"I'll say." She commented with a laugh.

"But hey, if you don't think you'll eat all that, sure. I could go a piece or two." She commented before making her way over to one of the other chairs and taking a seat.

"How much is this whole lockdown going to fuck with you?" She asked, bluntly and curiously. It was probably the main thing anyone was thinking for the moment.

"Feel free to have some of those boneless bites." Levi offered.

"And... well, not as much as one might think, actually." he told her.

"Granted, I'm worried something will go wrong. I think we all are." he then admitted.

"But... well... I've always been a bit of a loner. That's been changing as of late, but it'll not be a huge adjustment to go back to that." he reasoned.

"And here, Ally and I can at least feel safe." he continued.

'That's the important thing." he said.

"What about you?" he then asked.

"This splotch on my face makes me stand out in a crowd." She commented.

"you're lucky, in that sense, Levi." She added as she popped one of the bites in her mouth.

"Also, what's the gameplan for you and Aly anyway?" She asked, her tone curious.

"Are you two moving into here for awhile? You never did say outright, just that you two were shutting down, so to speak, for awhile."

Levi was silent for a moment.

"Well, yeah, we intend to move into one of the dorms here for a while." he told her.

"All of our important stuff has been moved here. So we don't care if our place gets ransacked or whatever. We don't have any emotional attachment to the place." he shrugged.

"And yeah... I know I'm lucky that I can blend in." he then sighed.

"But you're lucky, too." he told her.

"After what was done to you, the chances of you dying were over 99%. At LEAST." he said. "But you did it. You survived. Albeit barely, but you're getting better. You're practically thriving. And I'm here to help." he went on.

"If we'd have met before I met Ally, then I'd say you'd be my perfect match." he chuckled.

She was completely silent as she said what he did at the end. Levi was able to see her freeze.

"I..." She started before shaking her head.

"I... yeah... maybe..." She managd to answer after a few seconds before getting to her feet.

"I gotta go. See you around." She said quietly, and quickly, before leaving him alone. She couldn't deny the paranoia, the fear, building within her. She was always terrified of him coming and finding her again, and usually had no issue brushing it aside.

This time though, she couldn't silence what was running through her head.

No... he can't have found me. I know he got away... but... I thought... I can't go back. Never. She thought as she made her way through the halls, almost aimlessly.

Levi was silent as she suddenly excused herself, and left in a hurried state.

"Huh?" he muttered.

"Did... I say something wrong?" he wondered, making a note to ask her about it later, and apologise... if necessary.

But as she hastily and aimlessly meandered through the hallways, she didn't notice someone was right in her path... and she bumped into them.

Thankfully, it was someone that she knew. And they knew here.

"Hey, Becca." he said, placing his hands gently on her shoulders.

"What's wrong?" he asked her.

Becca jumped, and instinctively had a note or two escape her lips before she realised who it was. Once she did, she shut up before shaking her head.

"Oh, hi, Jacky." She said.

"And... uh.. nothing. Just... this whole thing getting to me." She said quietly, perhaps too quickly.

... can I trust him? He was there... did ... did he get into Jacky's head too? She found herself wondering before she could stop it.

"......." Jackson was silent for a moment, before sighing.

"I... well, it's getting to everyone." he commented.

"But... already?" he asked.

"Last I checked, you were just fine with making a quick run for that Levi guy to get some fast food before the lockdown was fully implemented." he said.

"And that wasn't very long ago. At all." he went on.

"...did something happen?" he asked her.

"Did Levi hurt you?" he asked further, anger in his tone now.
