"I didn't argue it." Desiree then said as she set the mug aside and got to her feet.
"Have at me, Rene." She then said with a soft smile.
"You know I don't refruse you checking me over."
Rene blinked a few times when she said that, and then shook his head some.
"Shameless tease, that's what YOU are." he told her.
He then formed a big ball of water in his hands, and pushed it against her, the orb absorbing into her. He then paused for a few moments, closing his eyes and concentrating, before opening his eyes some.
"Yep." he said.
"Seems you have a few cracked ribs." he told her.
"And a LOT of internal bruising."

"I'm... not too sure." She admitted.
"I mean... I just... most of the past two weeks i smissing." She added after a moment.

When Rene heard this, he growled loudly.
"That god damn brother and mother of yours." he said.

"I know I can make your life better with just a simple act." he told her.

"Never will I approve of that." She then said before sighing.
"They share my blood, and I theirs. I refuse to allow anyone to harm them." She continued.
"Although I do realize that something needs to happen, I just don't know what CAN happen."

"Yeah, yeah, whatever." he said.
"I'm going to use my water mana to soothe and heal your internal bruising." he told her.

"Thank you." Was the last thing she said before removing the top - very carefully - and allowing Rene to see the extent o fthe bruising on her torso
"....." Rene was silent, before uttering a stream of blasphemic curses under his breath.
He then sighed, before getting to wrapping her chest. As he did, he had his water mana heal the other bruises that were there.
"....Desiree, just hang in there." he told her.

As Rene worked, Desiree was silent. She never knew what to say here, since she knew that he wasn't the most keen on a lot of it. She knew he hated how she was one to deny him getting his revenge on her family, those she shared blood with.
But that was strictly because of the fact that she hated when someone sought revenge.
"Thank you, Rene." She then said after he was finished, before giving him a light hug.
"I mean that. Thank you."

"And I want to tear into your mother and brother so badly. My warrior blood boils and rages with the thought of giving them what they deserve." he admitted.

"You don't want me seeking them out and killing them. So I won't." he told her.
