@Amber Lynne: Lol My day has been good. I ended up overworking myself the past few days so I slept most of the day. Now it's just quiet. *^* How about you?

@Amber Lynne: Yeah, it was needed tho. I managed to get everything in better order. Still feeling a bit stressed since "she" messaged us but doing better. So today was much needed.

I'm trying too! I entered the poem contest and did the item search.
I dunno what else to do atm. XD

Sorry I'm a bit distracted today... We might be able to get our house back soon thanks to how things are going.
I'm really hoping it works out, my hubs is working on getting it all set-up.

@Amber Lynne: Very! I've played a dozen times and still couldn't get it. I gave up and bought it. *^*;;
Yep! I'm just hoping she really sells... She found out about her dept so she really needs the money.
(Over 20k on multiple cards and her divorce is making it 100% hers alone.)
This only works out since we have a retirement fund... So we're stuck cashing it out early to save our home.
Thankfully we're young enough to just get a new fund going later.
And my sis is gonna let us stay here until we can get the remodel fully done if it all goes through.
Then we're gonna fix her house all up when we move back to ours! (while her house is still empty)

@Amber Lynne: Yeah, if we can get her to sign off on it anyway.
So we're rushing to get it all set-up asap before she changes her mind again. *^*;;
I'm really hoping, kiddo really is excited to hear we're working on getting his home back.

We've talked about back-ups just in case too.
We have a friend that'll sell one of her properties to us so we'll buy it if it doesn't work out.
(We've talked about getting it too since it's a really nice house that's affordable so we could take our time on the other one's remodel)
I'm really hopeful! And a bit excited cause I really like that nice house. lmao
