That makes sense, IMO. You'd like being in Florida - there are some really authentic Mexican restaurants here
If I ever owned a restaurant, I'm not sure what kind of food I'd specialize in - I love all kinds of food!! But I'd probably try to do a "clean" ingredient theme of some kind - and something that didn't involve what is becoming common for cleaner eating type establishments, like "bowls". I love a good "bowl" but there are other ways to do clean eating!!

I think I'm just objecting to tossing everything in a bowl. I get it... it's functional... and I actually like doing "bowls" of things... but it's such a trend right now, especially among places that tend to be "cleaner". I think the overarching trend is what I'm objecting to... it seems like everywhere has "bowls" of one kind or another.

I think a bowl and more, smaller bowls for sides/toppings would be better imo. I like controlling the flavor lol

Yes, I always like that idea actually. I like having an assortment of things from which to choose, to spice my food!

@kiwi: Yes, my day has been pretty busy already. That's ok though - at least it's productive. Yes, it's usually warm where I am (I'm in Florida, US), so it's really nice when it cools down a little bit :3
