@Amber Lynne: Yeah, the lawyer said it'd be this week. We haven't been able to see the house since she refuses to let us in so we'll have to check and make sure she hasn't damage anything before she signs off. But other than that, it seems we'll have everything taken care of.

@Amber Lynne: It's def a yay. It's been difficult to just get her to speak with us so this is a huge improvement. And my lil' sis is gonna let us stay at her house so we can get the big messy projects out of the way after we get the house back. Things are really setting up so I'll be able to relax soon. *^*

@Amber Lynne: I knew they would be when she cussed me out for giving her a list of easy jobs that are hiring here in town. XD But we spoke to her soon to be ex and he helped us with a few things so she can't take over anything. (He's so nice!) And since my sis hasn't been able to get a full-time job atm, living with our folks is best for her anyway. So we worked really hard and got everything set so fingers crossed that we can have this over with this week. I'll be so glad when this is over! XD

I got a bit of an art update for you! Took me a while to figure out why the tablet driver wasn't working but got it working now so I'll be working on your piece the next few days. *^*

Yeah, he's doing much better so I'm happy for him.

@Amber Lynne: We spoke to him about it and that was one of his worries, that she ruined our friendship with him. He knows now, he's still our friend. I made sure he knew that we don't blame him for any of it cause it's not his fault what so ever. He was happy about it cause he likes going fishing with my hubs. Lmao

@Amber Lynne: Yep! Also, I'm so sorry I haven't been able to finish your piece yet. With everything going on, I just haven't had time to do anything that needs me to sit down for more than 5 minutes since my kiddo has been stuck home. I made sure everything was caught up so I can work on it today so hopefully, I'll have it done for you soon.
