@Amber Lynne: I just feel it's justified. I know she was verbally abusive. (Caught her enough for that)
And I had taken a lot of precautions to keep kiddo safe after that first few days when he started acting afraid.
I really think she might have been physically violent with kiddo. (Like slapping him or something.)
Why else would he flinch when she so much as moved? My issue is that I don't have enough proof, so a restraining order would be hard to get.
Her cursing at us (adults) in video isn't enough to do that. And I never could catch her on video stalking or harassing us more than that.
And I know that's probably why my SO doesn't want to try to get one. Plus, he's already gone and spoken to the police force here.
They now drive but more often so I'm pretty sure she's stopped stalking us at least.

There probably is abuse involved there, even if just being smacked or whatever. Lowkey, less a problem, but NOT good, regardless. Well, mostly. Not getting into that though.

Yep, I'm pretty positive there cause there's no other reason why he'd behave that way otherwise.
It's just a sucky situation in general. But yeah... *^*; And I know all that so I'm just trying to make it through all of this.
I'm just glad it seems like it'll be over soon. Cause I'm 100% tired all of the time now. =^=

@Amber Lynne: Yep, and much needed! We had fixed it a bit but it still looked rough so it'll be so much better.
I'm looking forward to it, by a lot. He's not sure how he's gonna do it all at the moment since he wasn't to move stuff around.
But it's def exciting. And hopefully, easier to clean when it's all said and done. XD

@Amber Lynne: Oh, we just pay the bills (and taxes so she doesn't have to worry about them later.) And we'll help her with the remodel here when we go back to our house as a trade-off. Plus, we'll be replacing her old oven for sure and possibly a few other things for her. :)

Winter tends to be my worst allergy season due to cedar trees so I've been getting sick on and off but other than that everything's been fine! *^* I've sold some painting and bought stuff without feeling guilty for it.
