@Unicorn: I mean, I do generally get paid if I have extra hours, but too many extra hours tends to make the boss pissy, so I don't always bother claiming my full time there. Like, if I'm there an extra 20 minutes cleaning, I don't bother claiming those minutes because otherwise the boss gets all bitchy and will basically track me on the security cameras and whatnot. So to save on drama, I basically short myself unless she specifically approves the extra hours in advance.
