Vincent just met her cold gaze with his own steely gaze.

"Mm." he muttered.

"See, your confidence is something you DID inherit from your mother." he commented.

"And speaking of your mother..." he then went on, trailing off a bit. "I wonder how she's faring." he said.

"If the Order is in chaos, then surely she'd be affected by it." he reasoned.

"And yes, I'm well aware wanting her to avoid harm is probably a HUGE part of why you want to stop this."

"Hm." Vincent muttered, thinking about something.

"Yeah, sounds like she has." he agreed.

"But if you are unable to contact your mother, that IS, indeed, troubling." he went on.

"And if you cannot get ahold of her, a very much doubt MY chances are better." he said further.

"She and I may be old friends, but I do know that Drows hold family VERY close and dear." he commented.

"....well, usually." he then muttered.

"Admittedly, history has given birth to... black sheep, we'll say."

"Yes." Vincent replied.

"Hollie." he then addressed his sister.

"Shall you call, or shall I?" he asked.

"They need to know we're coming." he reasoned.

"Even if they don't know it... all..." he muttered further, looking at Vanessa.

After about a minute, the door was answered by a man with black and red striped hair.

It was Ash Fyrane.

"Oh!" he exclaimed when he saw who was there.

"Hollie?" he asked, stepping aside.

"Come on in." he offered.

"I wasn't expecting a visit from you." he admitted.

"You looking for someone or something?" he asked her.

"......................" Ash was silent as he heard that.

".....right then." he said.

"Um... hm." he muttered.

"Well, Lindsay IS home." he told her.

"And Ashley is as well." he said further.

"Will her being her pose a problem?" he asked her.

"Because such a warning generally means that only specific company is to be around." he muttered.

"S'why I stepped aside." Ash chuckled.

"Of course you can come in." he told her.

"Also, not sure how Ashley will react?" he asked.

"That's... well, that's an intriguing thing to say." he admitted.

"Should I round everyone up to whenever they show up?" he asked.

"The den?" Ash asked.

"All right." he said, before grabbing his phone.

Hey, meet me in the den, like NOW. he sent to his brother.

"I'll go check on Ashley." he told Hollie, before he went downstairs, and knocked on the door to their room. He then poked his head in, and looked around.

"Ashley?" he said.

"You awake?" he asked.

"...Hollie's here." Ash replied.

"And she wants us up in the den." he told her.

"Seems we'll be having company. Vincent and... someone else." he went on.

"No, I don't know who." he quickly added.

"But we're all supposed to gather upstairs." he finished.

"Right." Ash replied.

"And yeah, Hollie said we wouldn't like it." he muttered.

"But all we can do is... well... wait and see." he said.

"Yeah, see you upstairs." he then finished, as Lindsay stepped into the den, joining Hollie.

"Oh, hello again, Hollie." he greeted her with a smile.

"..." Lindsay was silent for a moment, before sighing.

"Right." he said.

"That's... hardly ever a good thing." he muttered.

"But all right." he said further, taking a seat.

"Anything I should be prepared for?" he asked.

"Or is this something that can't be prepared for?"
