Most of my family hates whenever I make chili, since I tend to do it completely from scratch. No seasoning packets. My brother and Uncle prefer the seasoning packets so much, I'm rarely allowed to make chili. But it's sooooo good omg. Those heathens.
Everyone in our house loves it. I don't know if we use the season packs or not though, someone else usually makes that dish, it's not my specialty.
Most other people really like my cooking actually. It's just my brother and uncle who aren't a big fan. For one thing I don't make it soupy like my uncle does, I prefer my chili to be thicker.
I like it thicker too. It's chili not soup right? Rofl.

I've never tried that, that sounds really good.
It's pretty damn good. Basically while I'm cooking the meat separate I put in just a little bit of liquid smoke (it's easy to overdo it with this stuff) and also add in some Jack Daniel's bbq sauce. Cook all that together, plus some seasonings.
Sounds really good, and I'm so hungry too, lol. Though the cat tying to eat cobwebs across from me tempered it a little, but probably not for long. Rofl.

Lol, Exactly, right?! For the last 30 minutes he has been in to everything! He's tried to eat a ribbon from a balloon, ate cobwebs, a leaf, tried to go after a light string, wants to eat the new litter we bought. XD
Lol our cat has just been snoozing all day in his favorite chair.
That's a good cat! My sister has been going crazy trying to get everything away from him, lol.

Oh yes, he always has been from the time we first got him. XD The other one, Fluffy is still pretty active too, though not like Charlie, lol.
Socks and Big Red have been slowing down recently, perfectly happy to find a nicely shaded place and take a nap.
We use to have a cat named Socks, lol. Cats that are nappy are nice. They get in less trouble, lol.
This is very true, Socks is the one who's been snoozing all day. He's such a pretty kitty. Red likes getting petted a lot and won't leave you alone. As long as you don't scratch his butt.
