Sunny, I love meals like that - cook them once (or buy and prep the ingredients once) and use them in slightly different ways over a couple of days
I made hard boiled eggs so that I could just use them in different ways through the week.
@Wildfire: yes! I need to wear long pants cause the mosquitos are too much. Sometimes I like to wear shorts but the long pants do mitigate how much I get bit
@sunny: exactly. It also saves on time and stress because you do the work once (prepping, decision-making and such)
@Shadami: Oh I do that too - it's a good grab and go snack too ... for that kid that is always leaving the house last-minute and unprepared

@Wildfire: I agree. Sometimes meal planning is so stressful. I have planned out my next week so hopefully no stress. I did forget to buy tomato sauce though :(

@Wildfire: yeah I will have to grab some from Aldi or somewhere. I like to have it for dipping garlic bread into. Garlic bread is my favourite food :D

@Wildfire: I’m in Louisiana so very southern! Bug spray usually makes me itch so I only use it in cases where I’ll be outside longer than 2 hours.
i meant to bake breads and such for the week yesterday but i didn't get to it. I was so tired.
@Bonnie: Yes, when I have to use bug spray, I try to keep it on my clothing only. I really don't like it on my skin!!

@Wildfire: yeah same but sometimes I put it on my skin but I just can’t tolerate it so I try really hard to cover up weather permitting to prevent the need. Most won’t try to bite you through clothing
