"Oh, trust me, I know." Jasmine stated with a roll of her eyes. It wasn't hard to tell that she wasn't the most impressed at the moment. However, the question was why, specifically.

"I don't know entirely what these do, but I'm willing to bet that to the non-human variety, it ain't pretty. I'd take one out, but... I doubt that'd go well." She added with a light sigh.

"So yeah. Thank you." she then said. "Because... I really don't want any trouble to befall anyone. At least nothing serious." All the while, there was some bitterness to her voice, but it wasn't identifiable why.

She was fuming that her sister had a hand in this, at all.

"Thank you." was all Jasmine said before heading off with Ty. She made sure to keep the satchel of gems close to her though, as she really didn't want to risk them being lost, or dropped or something.

"You actually seem to be quite normal. I'm surprised." She commented bluntly.

"I ... thought it was all mages and non-humans here."

"Don't we all?" Jasmine replied with.

"Seriously." she added. "Pretty sure everyone has something they hide, regardless of how big or small a thing it is." As they walked, she kept pace with him the entire time, but seemed... well, ansty.

Extremely antsyt, and her hand that was holding the satchel wasn't hidden by the long sleeves, but kept twitching.

"Honestly, I'll be happy to be out of here." She commented with a light sigh.

"I'm way too on edge."

"What I am." Was all Jasmine said in response.

"Don't worry about it. I'll be fine. I just want to get out of here, so that I don't need to worry about possibly hurting someone." She added honestly.

"And no, I don't think I'll be hurting anyone here. Even if I did, I'm on the way to the bossman, who from what I've been told could certainly handle me, as well"

"Because of what I bring." Jasmine answered honestly.

"I don't know what it is that can be done with them exactly, but at the very least this is probably the best place to find out what they do, what they can do, and everything." She added.

"So I'm here to drop them off, mainly."

"Yeah... so I've heard." Jasmine commented after a moment or two.

"Anyway, thanks for the walk." She said simply as they stopped outside of the door to Hal's office.

"At least, I'm guessing this is the place to be." She added with a chuckle. "as we stopped, and all."

Jasmine nodded before making her way into the office, closing the door, and leaning against it.

"Hi." she greeted.

"I have these, and I'm reasonably certain that they affect those that aren't human, or normal, or just not your standard run of the mill person." She said as she reached into the satchel and withdrew one of the brilliant blue gems, the same that the others had witnessed and tried to hold previously.

As she pulled it out though. Hal felt it.

"As it stands, I'm not willing to divulge my source." Jasmine stated plainly.

"Primarily because I will take care of that issue myself. If I can't, then I'll bring them here." She added before dropping the gem back into the bag.

"You got somewhere that these can be placed to kept safe? I suspect that these are what is causing others here to .... not act like themselves." She continued as she tightened the drawstring of the satchel.

"You can keep 'em and study them all you want, hopefully you can find a cure/reversal."

When he turned to give her what he'd found, he found the sea green haired lady was far too close, a blade in hand, and ready to stab him with it. He could feel it against his suit, even.

She didn't say anything, but he could see that her hands were shaking, and she wasn't running him through with the surprisingly long blade she had. After about thirty seconds, she let out a cry of frustration before pushing away from him,.

"Son of a BITCH!" she exclaimed before whipping her blade at the far wall, the point embedding itself about an inch deep.

"Just do whatever you want with those, I'm having a real hard time NOT taking you out where you stand." Her voice was biting, but there was definite frustration there.

Jasmine was completely silent for a few seconds before shaking her head as she sank to the floor.

"Do it." She stated. "Seriously. Do it. I'd prefer that than dealing with my own sister." There was venom to her voice, but it wasn't like it had been before.

"Just... ugh." She muttered.

"So you've got them and can do the research you need." She then said as she got to her feet.

"Do what you need to, and don't sweat any potentially threatening statements. It's fine. I was the one who barely managed to hold back from attacking you, after all."
