Addison's eyes widened when she said that.
"Some... ONE?" he asked.
"I'm sorry, I think I misheard you." he said.
"You didn't." Luke replied, having just come downstairs.
"She specified a person."

"Hey Lucas." Lily said before shrugging.
"And yeah. Why not see if he likes human meat?" She asked.
"I mean, I watched the thing devour a grown adult whole once already.... but I dunno, might as well find out if he LIKES it." She then said.
Again, Addison was silent.
"I, uh... I see." he said.
"Relax." Luke chimed in.
"She won't feed YOU to the snake unless you piss her off." he told him.
"Oh irritate her. Or beat her in a fight. Or be in her way when she's bust. Or interrupt her. Or-" he went on, just making things up now, but it was making Addison VERY nervous.
He still had a bit of the cruel draydin humour in him, it seemed.

"Yeahhh, don't step on my toes in any way, and you're good." Lily said before shrugging.
"I'm gonna go get the food." She added before heading off into the kitchen again, leaving hte boys alone. She figured that her brother could have fun with him in one way or another, regardless.
"By the way Lucas! This is Kelly's recipe!" She called as she got to work dishing out the servings.
"Sweet!" Luke called back.
"Kelly?" Addison asked.
"Oh! Ash and Ashley's daughter?" he asked further.
"Ah-yup." Luke replied.
"I am intimately familiar with Kelly's cooking." he told Addison.
"And Kelly, herself, as well." he added, as he raised and lowered his eyebrows smugly.
"Kelly?" Addison asked.

"Depending on how intimate you mean, I may have to make sure to not tell Dad." Lily commented.
"Since, you know... well, he would really have issues with that." She added with a laugh as they two males saw she had bowls of food in her hands.
"Here. One for each of ya." She said, handing one to each of them. She didn't know where they wanted to eat, so figured that if Addison didn't wanna get up, he wouldn't have to. She was a good host at the very least.
"Mom won't care how far you got with Kelly, but... Dad is still a bit human." she added with a laugh
"Also, back in a few. Gotta grab my own." Was the last thing she said before heading back to the kitchen.
Luke paused for a moment as his sister left, before sighing.
"Ok, not really." he muttered.
"We haven't gotten to THAT point yet." he sighed.
Addison just laughed when he heard that.
"Tried to be a big man, but failed." he chuckled.
"Ok, not really." he muttered.

Lily returned about two minutes later and just laughed.
"Yup." She stated.
"Meanwhile, I've never had anyone try. I think everyone is smart enough to NOT do that." She added as she sat down on the chair that was near where Addy was.
"Dig in. I promise I didn't poison it."
Luke just laughed.
"Only a fool in love would try and get close to you." he told her in a bit of sibling ribbing.
"........." Addison was just silent as he heard that.
He then looked to his plate of food, and tried some.
"...this is REALLY good." he said.
"Like, it tastes even better than it smells." he added.

Lily smirked.
"And he doesn't exist, thus far anyway." She said in response to her brother.
"Who knows what the future holds." she added before looking to Addison.
"And yep. I know it's damn good. Kelly is brilliant with cooking, far better than her father." She then told him.
"Which is kinda surprising. Neer though that anyone could top Ash."
Addison remained silent as the interaction was had, before looking at Lily and nodding again.
"Mmhmm." he said.
"....wait, what?" he then asked.
"Better than Ash!?" he exclaimed.
"In some regards." Luke responded.
"Her father can still top her in quite a few areas of cooking."
"Mmhmm." he said.
"....wait, what?" he then asked.
"Better than Ash!?" he exclaimed.
"In some regards." Luke responded.
"Her father can still top her in quite a few areas of cooking."
"She's still learning a lot of things, but .... She's got better knife skills than Ash, for example." Lily commented.
"That alone can make a hell of a difference." She added with a light laugh.
"Regardless, if you like this, do be sure to mention it to Kelly. This is her recipe."
Addison just nodded.
"All right." he replied.
"And feel free to visit us anytime." Luke chimed in.
"Just... be careful." he then said.
"If nobody's home, that snake might just try and eat you." he commented, pointing to the now-sleeping reptile coiled around Lily.

Lily just laughed.
'Yeah... he might. Who knows?" She asked with a smirk.
---
Lily sighed as she made her way through the guild, on her way to Cass' office. She stopped on the way though, and looked down a hall. She heard a voice.
And she knew who it was.
It was someone that would still be able to answer her question. So she detoured down the hall to that person.
"Yo. Ash. Where's ADdison?" She asked after a moment.
Ash stopped when he heard Lily and her question.
"Eh?" he asked.
"Addison?" he asked further.
He then paused for a moment, and thought about it, before shrugging.
"Last I saw him, he was dispatched on a B-level hunt." he told her. "A feral Shadow-Fang was causing mischief, so he went to take care of the feline." he went on.
"Why?" he then asked.
"Eh?" he asked.
"Addison?" he asked further.

"Why?" he then asked.
"Ok.. That's what he's doing. Where is he?" lily asked, wanting more information.
"Because something like that shouldn't take more than a day or so. It's been nigh on a week." She added.
"So where?"
Ash paused when he heard that.
"....oh..." he muttered.
"Oh, crap!" he exclaimed.
"Yeah, I should get to Cass." he then muttered.
"Tell her to send someone out to Inverness to check that out..."
"....oh..." he muttered.
"Oh, crap!" he exclaimed.
"Yeah, I should get to Cass." he then muttered.
"Tell her to send someone out to Inverness to check that out..."
Lily nodded.
"Might be a good idea." She said before turning and walking away.
"Thanks by thje way!" She added before vanishing around a corner. When Ash ran to try and catch her, he found her gone already, mere moments before he got the usual alert (being co-owner of the guild) of her mana leaving the building.
"................" Ash was silent as he felt her mana leave the guild.
"CRAP!" he yelled, before turning and running elsewhere in the guild.
Meanwhile, Addison was NOT doing well.
It had seemed that the shadow-fang he had been told about had not be a singular one. There had been two of them. And they were mates, making them even MORE dangerous.
He was pinned against the wall by one of them, the male. His fangs were digging into Addison's shoulder, and his front claws were piercing into his chest.
The female had covered him in cuts, scratches, and gouges, and was currently backing off slightly. However, Addison could tell that she was preparing to attack again.
Odds are this one would be to severely cripple, or kill.

Before she could attack, something came from above on her and snapped her neck. Her death was quick, she didn't suffer.
But that meant that her mate was alone.
That meant that her mate would go berserk.
"Addison! Get the hell out of here!" Lily called to him.
"Before this one remaining kills us both!"
