"Kelly's been amazing." Ash responded.
"Ever since she helped Luke get his cooking up to snuff, they've been a thing." he told her.
"And I've never seen her so happy." he said further.
"It's showing in her own cooking. I've never seen such heart and soul put into the dishes she makes now." he continued.
"She's even coming close to MY level in some of the things she makes." he went on.
"I have no doubt that she will surpass me before she even reaches her 30th birthday."

Kalin just laughed.
"Soundsa bout right." She commented.
"Luke's a sweetheart, so I'm not surprised Kelly fell. Admittedly, i thought the elemental alignments would've caused problems, but... eh." She said with a shrug.
"Anyway, here's what you came for." She said, handing him the pages that she'd printed off.
"Well, despite the elemental misalignment, they're making it work." Ash responded.
"And thanks." he said, accepting the pages.
"You're a lifesaver sometimes." he told her.
"Anyway, I should probably go." he went on.
"Let you get to being the manager and owner of this club."
"And thanks." he said, accepting the pages.

"Let you get to being the manager and owner of this club."
"Eh, it's an easy job. I just gotta be on site in case something happens." Kalin commented with a light laugh.
"Anyway, get out of here. I'll catch ya later." She then said with a wave before he'd left.
Ash left, and smiled as he looked at the papers.
"Awesome." he said quietly.
The next day, Lily was still laying in her room, with her snake coiling about through the bars, when she received a mental message from her father.
'Lily, can you please join your mother and I downstairs in the den?' he asked her telepathically.
"Awesome." he said quietly.

Lily paused a moment before sighing.
Yeah, be there in a minute. She replied after a few seconds before getting to her feet. She wasn't sure what it was that her parents wanted. She knew now to delay though, her mother had a wicked temper.
She made her way downstairs, leaving the door open so the snake could leave her room if he so desired, and stepped into the room where she'd been summoned.
"Yo. What's up?"
As soon as she stepped in, she saw that Ash was there as well.
"Lily." Andrew addressed her.
"In light of your most recent... altercation... your mother and I have decided that it may be best for you to be enrolled in a sort of 'martial arts' program." he told her.
"At the guild." Ash chimed in.
"Feel like having a place to vent your aggressions, and learn how to be a more effective fighter?" he asked her.
"Lily." Andrew addressed her.

Lily was silent for a moment before looking to one of her hands.
"That'd be grand." She stated.
"Because I'll totally lose my shit on someone who doesnt' deserve it one of these days, and I really don't want it to be a child." She admitted.
"Not surprising. Seems you got my temper."Anna commented. "Along with my ..... instability, I suppose you could say."
"Indeed." Andrew agreed.
"Come on." Ash said.
"There's some papers you need to look over and sign." he told her.
"As well as you guys..." he said to Anna and Andrew, "...and myself." he added.
"Come and sit." he told her further.
"Read them over if you like, but we need to all sign them right here."
"Come on." Ash said.

Lily nodded.
"All right then." She said.
"Let me guess, drafted by Kalin?" Anna asked, Ash nodded.
"And these are so that there are no ... unespected legal actions taken against the guild for something that they shouldn't have any legal actions for?" She asked, again, Ash nodded.
"All right then." She then said before signing where she needed to. She handed the pen to Lily, who paused a moment before shrugging and signing. They trusted Ash, and Kalin, so there was no reason not to trust what it was that he said the forms were.
Once all the draydins had signed, Ash took the papers and signed them, himself.
He then dated them and used an official rubber stamp of the guild logo he'd brought with him, and stamped the papers in the appropriate places.
"And there." he said.
"All finished and official." he commented.
"So when do you want to start?" he then asked Lily.
"There's no real 'schedule', really. But we ARE aiming for 4-5 sessions a week." he told her. "Time is flexible, obviously." he continued.
"And you can come in whenever you feel you need to de-stress, there will always be people willing to spar." he added.

"Good. I think that'll help." She commented.
"Probably. Beatin' on Lindsay has helped keep me level." Anna then said. "So it'll likely do a lot of good for ya."
"Indeed." Ash agreed.
"And he's been grateful for you being so chill lately." he added with a light laugh.
"Right, Lily." he then said.
"When do you want to have your first session?" he asked her.
"We can do it ASAP, or schedule it for later tonight or tomorrow, or... whenever, really."

"Tomorrow." Lily answered.
"I've got things that I've gotta do." She added before sighing.
"Otherwise I would say yes for tonight in a heartbeat."
"Right." Ash replied.
"Here." he said, scrawling his number on a scrap of paper and handing it to her.
"My number." he told her.
"When you're ready tomorrow, gimme a call." he said.
"I'll take you there, and we'll get a special amulet coin done up for you so you can teleport into the guild, but it'll be like a... 'visitors pass', but at the same time not." he told her.
"The guild will recognize you as welcome, but not a hunter, essentially."

Lily nodded.
"That is certainly good to know." She said.

Lily had gone with Ash to get what was needed to be able to come and go from the guild as she pleased, and it was easy enough. After that, she then took to the ring and sparred with Ash a bit.
And she continued to spar with those there for about two months before anything odd or different happened.
She was sitting by the ring watching a couple of hunters go at each other before smirking. She knew that the winner would be her next target, but there was no way to know how they would win.
She had seen him around too, his blonde hair was pretty easy to see because it almost seemed to give off light itself, but she didn't know who he was. She hadn't bothered to inquire at any point though, since she hadn't thought there was really a reason to. He didn't seem to be anyone special.
How wrong she was.
The hunters' battle concluded with the blonde-haired one utterly defeating his opponent, and smiling.
"Heh." he chuckled.
"You almost had me, there." he said.
"Well, almost only counts in horseshoes." his opponent replied, as he got up and they shook hands.
"There will be a 5-minute break so the champion can recuperate his energy, and his next challenger can ready themselves!" a mage said over the P.A. system.

Lily just smirked lightly. She wasn't sure what it was that she was supposed to expect with the upcoming fight, but she was sure that it would be something worth seeing and experiencing.
This should be fuuun She thought, having enjoyed watching him completely obliterate his opponent in the long run.
The blonde made his way to a corner, and started to hydrate himself.
"So who am I up against now?" he asked the one that was there.
"Her." they replied, pointing to Lily.
"Huh. I see." the blonde replied.
"Never seen her before..." he muttered.
"So who am I up against now?" he asked the one that was there.

Lily just smirked before wavin' to the one that was going to be goin' head to head with her.
"I do have to wonder how it'll be against him." She muttered. She was one to say hello, in one way or another, though before a fight. Always.
Well, unless she was jumpin' a random person, of course.
