Lol. The yarn thinness is more of a "shoot, what loom/project can I use this for now" predicament than anything. Because a thinner yarn on a large gauge loom makes for a very thin/lacy product. I might be able to do a blanket or something. Pretty sure there was a shawl pattern I found that called for a sport weight yarn. (The yarn is Lion Brand Mandala, look it up if only to admire the colorways....)

I want to weave a yarn rug for myself. But I'm going to have to make a loom of some kind. XD
Weaving would be fun to learn. Unfortunately a lot of those looms are super expensive. I almost got one for free from a co-worker once though.
o3o I'm always amazed at people who can actually create things o.o
The ones who really amaze me are the ones that make the original patterns for things. The sheer amount of work and failure that goes into doing that is insane.

My great aunt used to weave all the time. (She's too old to see it well enough now) but she always made her own patterns and everything. She's amazing!
