I can sleep for 10 easily but i most often get woken before that, usually how sleepy i feel depends on if i need to be awake or not the morning after but this is too sleppy today.
I know people who slept for 12-14 hours. That's too much. I take 6 because I don't even like sleeping so I make myself get the minimal amount I need to feel fine everyday XD
I don't like waking up since i sleep too deeply so the bloodflow in my body is really bad when i wake up.
I don't like the going to sleep part. I am impatient and want to be asleep in seconds, not close my eyes and pay attention to my breathing as I wait. Also, this heat is making it a lot worse. I hate heat.
@Kiri: I hate heat too, i am a bit fit so heat is annoying. I dont like falling asleep in places i am not used to and i usually require some sensory deprevation to sleep. Pitch black, fluffy pillows covering my ears and something heavy over my chest.
Same here except nothing heavy over my chest. I do require it to be pitch black and I can't sleep anywhere but my room on a couch. Not even on a bed. I am fit. I weigh what I am supposed to weigh for my height so people would probably think I should not be so hot, but I have hyperhidrosis(Overactive sweating). I even sweat in the winter, it just doesn't bother me when I do, unlike now. I have AC but I didn't turn it on with enough time to cool my room down last night before bed. Before AC, I used to barely sleep in the summer. I got 2 hours of sleep a day.
Sounds like you would be grumpy as heck back then. There are skin treatments that seal up sweatglands tho? I sweat but it's not too much. My problem is skin bacteria that makes my sweat a lot more stinky.
@Monorea: The skin treatments aren't the way to go. I tried it on my hands. It makes the skin really dry and start to turn yellow even in that area. They need to make some sort of pill that will fix the sweating from the inside. That would be nice XD
@Kiri: Considering the problem lies in the skin a pill being the solution is very unlikely. But maybe that can do create better treatments. I know that the skin becomes dry but yellow? There must be something wrong with that.
@Monorea: Yeah and I don't want dry skin anyway and then I'll have to use tons of lotion. It just fixes one problem and creates another one that is going to bother me XD
I guess you're right. Sweat comes from the skin, but it is made under the surface of the skin so I thought a pill could make it so you just sweat less.

And then I strike after you once more!

Yeah, it's awful. I wish they were more active like they used to be. Hard to make Volts posting if there really isn't anyone to post with.
This is my topic in the Exchange. Please go buy my items. I have old crate items and orb items for sale.
