And also just trying not to spiral into a meaningless depression because of all the freaking issues i have with my teeth...
I went to the dentist the other day and found out I have five more cavities that need taken care of.
At first I was going to say 'fuck it' and not do anything, but then last night my tongue actually found one of the cavities and it's an entire hole in my tooth.
So that made me feel bad, and then I felt worse because I know it's all my own stupid fault because I eat like crap because i just don't have the energy to eat healthier because depression.
And I just... I'm spiraling.
