And that was a pretty wide range question, my b~ I think most of my favorite foods have cheese in or on it. I would cry and still eat cheese if I was lactose intolerant (thank goodness I’m not!)

@Tsundererra: Yes, it's one of the reasons I cook a lot. It's not bad eating like this or cooking all the time - I know exactly what I'm eating, what's in it, on it, etc., and I feel a whole lot better, knowing what to avoid. No dairy for me either. Basically it's paleo/AIP.

I love Halloween Baking championship too. There was another one with pumpkin carving and Halloween gingerbread houses that I saw an episode of.
@Wildfire: I started getting into cooking and baking at home for this reason too. My dad also has high cholesterol, so I’m trying to make him healthy foods.
Paleo diets seem so hard for me to do. One of my best friends is really into it because of a book she read, but she also got into the gluten free fad a while back too. xD
Oh maaaan, I need my dairy. Y^Y It’s the one reason I became a vegetarian instead of a vegan.
