Kalin didn't say anything as she approached the pair.

"Hey Kalin." the pink haired one greeted with a soft, hesitant, smile and a wave.

"Yo." was all Vyn said.

"Desiree, come on. Let's not talk here in public." Kalin said. Desiree nodded before Kalin motioned for Jaden to follow.

"I'll just stay out here. You guys do what you need to." was all Vyn said before sighing.

"I'll see what kind of coffe this joint has." She added before the other three headed off.

Vyn sighed as she watched the three retreating backs.

"Ohhh Éliás, You have no idea who she is..." She said quietly with a sigh.

Desiree was silent for a moment before sighing. It was heavy, it was also one that was collecting her emotions.

"I... will be." She answered honestly as she looked toward him, a soft smile on her face. As she did so though, he felt what seemed like a spear of mana pierced right through his very soul. It only lasted for a few seconds.

"The one I arrived with helped." She then said.

". . . was it Deryck?" Kalin asked. Desiree didn't say anything before nodding.

"Hence the bruises."

Desiree was silent, not answering Jaden's question. Kalin just sighed, not surprised that Desiree was deciding to not answer that.

"Right, anyway. You two have completely different styles of presentation." Kalin said, changing the topic, which net a rather appreciative look from Desiree.

"Do you think you two can work together? It will damage two of us if this doesn't go well."

Desiree was silent as she thought about it.

"I admit... Some of the adults have requested I did more daring things from time to time." She said after a couple of seconds.

"That's true. A lot say you're too good to be true." Kalin commented with a light laugh.

"The question, beyond that, is whether or not you two can work together. Nevermind mixing the shows." She added, looking at Desiree. The pink haired teen paused before just sighing.

Desiree nodded.

"Of course." She said.

"I'm... quite skilled with glamours." She added after a moment or two before just snapping her fingers, on both hands. When she did so, the bruises and other marks vanished, and she looked fresh as could be.

And absolutely adorable.

"So I'm good on that front."

"How about I start the show, and you come on and demand the stage, and we have a mock 'fight' over it? Should be entertaining for the crowd, I hope." Desiree commented.

"I'm not entirely sure, admitted, as I don't entirely know what kind of anything your crowd likes, but sometimes drama's good on my end." She added.

"So we could easily do that, and have it that it's a case of a fight through the bulk of it. If that would work?" She paused a moment. "If you have any other suggestions or ideas, I'm most certainly willing to hear them."

Desiree nodded.

"I can do what I need to." She then said.

"Primarily because I know that you won't actually be hurt. My issue would be if you were to not be able to sustain it." She paused for a moment. "Or rather, if your mana were to fail."

Desiree jsut shrugged as she shoved her hands into her pockets.

"I... I try." She said quietly, almost sheepishly.

"Desiree isn't one for pride." Kalin commented with a light laugh.

"Don't compliment or praise her, and things'll be fine."

Desiree paused a moment before shrugging.

"They aren't noise cancelling." She answered simply.

"But they're part of my image, so I can't lose 'em." She added, hoping he would buy it.

"Regardless, that went far better than I had actually thought it might go." She admitted a second or two afterwards.

"We should do it again somtime." Desiree said with a soft smile.

"Oh, and I'm sorry I missed your cue earlier." She then said.

"I can admit I should have been paying more attention." She then admitted. "Especially with these." She tapped the large headset over her head.
