@Shadami: I think there's a time travel guide out there that details what happens when going forwards/back. Something I personally noticed is like, mushrooms respawn going forward and not backwards a day. Fossils regenerate every new "day" regardless.

Going backwards in time will count as a full day, which can be good or bad - though they nerfed time travel recently so Nook's Cranny won't rotate stock when you go forward/back and vice versa.

Can you get special DIYs from villagers? I think you can get 3 DIYs a day from villagers crafting :0
