ACNH is sooo cute, there's tons of stuff to do now!!
I'm trying to think of protein alternatives to red meat that aren't chicken (don't like chicken very much). It's.... difficult Lol

Friday's a good day to be wired imo, you get Saturday and Sunday to chill out.

I love cooking, but I don't love my new....diet, I guess is the word. I can't have red meat TwT

At least he cooked dinner!! My morning's been going good, I had this energy tea and I am freakin' WIRED. Spending all my excess energy on farming Gulliver items in ACNH lolol

I usually pan fry it and coat it in a sauce - broiled tofu sounds good :0
I wonder how easy it is to make scrambled tofu.. that seems like a good breakfast option. Not like I eat much of a breakfast anyways >w>;

I might try it again in a couple weeks, when more time's between me and ~the incident~. I can see it being a good substitute for ground beef, so I'll try it again probably. Tomorrow though, I'm gonna get tofu. Not sure what I'll make with it the next week...

I'm not sure what my meals are gonna be for today - I'm thinking roasted green beans again with.. something protein-wise for dinner - not sure, since I'm afraid of ground turkey and I don't have tofu. For dinner, roasted asparagus and salmon maybe...

I'm good! I tried a new tea this morning - "energy tea". It has about 90mg of caffeine, so about a cup of coffee - despite the artificial peach flavor it had, I think it woke me right up :0 I'm doing DV dailies right now, and then I'm gonna play ACNH to get the last candy-skull mask I want.
