@PandasMinion: EIs are Event Items, you can only get them while the event they pertain to is ongoing, so they're kind of limited once the event ends

so uh you have the enciphered message and your alphabet keyword
Use the left handside column for the keyword and look along those lines in order of the letters in the alphabet you have, until you find the letter from the cipher. Then travel upwards to find the plaintext letter in the very top row
