Yeah, when you open the Common Orb spoiler you just need to scroll down past the first image and item names till you see the second image and item list

The preview is correct in that it should layer under the shoes.

There is currently a known issue with Celestial Sea Arm poses and this is being worked on right now.
It'll be completely fixed as soon as we can manage.
