@Ruby:
Thank you so much! I love your avatars, they are always so beautifully put together and have a nice flow to them!

@FUZZY:
Absolutely not, I hope that you are free of headaches for a good amount of time.

@lonelylucid:
Welcome back after you had a hiatus! I just saw your art of Roy, super cute! Roy is the best boy~! ^.^

@Koah:
The salad drizzle item works so well with that outfit!

@Anarchist Beauty:
Caffeine is always a hit or miss with ADHD, often, it makes me more sleepy, but, sometimes it works too well and I will be rattling all day long (it stays in the system for an average of 4 hours, for me, I notice it can last anywhere from 6 to 10 hours. The reason melatonin works more in children is that the brain is still developing. I am not a medical professional so I cannot explain the full science or evidence behind it.

Ah yes, I have a few friends who are autistic who tell me the same thing. (Neurodivergent people tend to pick up on when other people are neurodivergent which is sometimes a blessing and sometimes a curse, for myself, I didn't pick up my partner who has ADHD until after they got their diagnosis). It's possible that my parents were offered to get me answers and neglected to do anything about it.

I wouldn't say you are a "ball of undiagnosed issues", but, I can relate to that so much. When it comes to getting a diagnosis for anything, it is always a chore as so many times. At least, I speak from my own experience here, but, doctors loved to gaslight me and make me feel nothing was wrong.

I am sorry to hear your cat has ringworm, and I wish the kitty a speedy recovery. T_T ($60 is the cheapest I've heard for a visit, most vets I've seen for pets I've had in the past cost $100+ for a visit alone).

I feel that way too much. My joints often crack and pop easier which makes it feel like a stabbing pain (and yes, especially when it comes to walking too). My weekend has been well so far, I hope yours has gone well too. Thank you for asking! I have all the event items (except the Ohm-based ones myself). I hope they will sell them so you can get it. <3 I have a few spare 'The Gardener' and 'Shy Poet's which I should sell sometime. ^.^'

@Anarchist Beauty:
So far, I've been doing well, keeping energy levels stable (thankfully), but, I can tell I will crash hard tonight. xD Glad you are sleeping better since cutting out soda, I don't drink it unless I am out with my husband or his parents, but, I typically order either kombucha or tea. When it comes to caffeine, I cannot cut it out entirely, when I have tried, I noticed my cluster migraines (they do exist according to my neurologist, most other doctors say it's not a thing, only cluster headaches) tend to get worse and come back.

I even am on medication to cut out the majority of them since Excedrin migraine and all other medication don't work and usually it's a placebo. Ibuprofen and Tylenol are only made to target inflammation and reduce fever, not eliminate headaches/migraines. She explained it in medical terms which helped me understand a lot more since I have always found health/nutrition fascinating, it's nice to know more than what my doctor knows sometimes. xD My neurologist also struggles with cluster headaches (and cluster migraines).

When it comes to melatonin and valerian, my mom used to get me would work when I was growing up, but, as I got older, my neurologist and other doctors have told me, patients with ADHD, there are studies which show that the efficacy isn't as 'potent' and doesn't treat the root cause. So, if you have ADHD, it's possible that is why it didn't work for you too. I wish it did, but, it did nothing but give me nightmares and anxiety attacks. T_T

@FUZZY:
I get that entirely, it feels like the days are longer, it will take a bit before I adjust (and the same for others), but, it will happen in time. Awww, I love that she is your world, and getting headaches from lack of sleep is the worst. Same with headaches from lack of eating, it's not that I don't eat, I tend to forget (neurodivergent, it also leads to object permanence).

@FUZZY:
That's never fun (headache and extremely cold temperatures). Your daughter sounds precious, I don't have the fondest memories of school, but, I am glad she is enjoying herself.

@Anarchist Beauty:
I haven't been sleeping too well lately, but, hoping that today is a lot better. Already made myself some food, had a source of caffeine, and my medication. I feel like I could take on the world, but, I know if I tried, I would collapse from exhaustion (since I practically do every day already). xD

@Ruby:
I am happy to hear you got to do something creative and enjoyable despite the day being weird. <3

I feel that when it's cold, but if it's too cold? Joints feel like ice cubes.

Quite a lot. The most recent song to get stuck there is Oasis - Wonderwall.

Take as much time as you need to work on things. It's going to be a busy day for me.
