@Koah: YELLOWSTONE!! That's one of the parks I definitely want to visit someday.
Maybe one day I'll get to plan a major vacation up in that area lol. Then my son will be older and will get to appreciate it with us!

@Fading Kings: It seems like I meet a lot of Floridians here! :D And I knoooow! My area still has mask mandates, thank goodness, but it's no good half the time because a lot of people don't wear them properly and it drives me nuts! It's NOT that hard to wear them!! But hell, I've gotten so used to masks that I forget I'm wearing them sometimes.
@McMoney: I believe that reptiles can definitely have their own personalities. Same with many exotic, non-furry things lol. I'm sure Serris was grateful for the treatments you gave her, and I'm sorry she went through that! I'm not around my brother's reptiles enough to know their personalities super well, but I know they're all different the way he talks about them. But yeah, unfortunately my brother had a mishap with one of his tortoises--he introduced two of them too early, and his very first one died because of it. D; I'm not sure if it was maybe a disease that passed from one to the other, or if the other was just stressed out, but that really shook him and he never made that mistake again. Also that sketch looks fun lol.

@Koah: OMG, and avalanche?! That'd probably make me want to nope out of there!
I'll try to remember those places as well. I need more national park adventures in my life lol.

I'm not sure what business I'd start since I don't have any particular passions or skills that seem marketable lol.

@Fading Kings: Hey, another Floridian! But yeah, I'm frustrated with our governor's actions (or lack thereof) but I get what that would mean for business too. It sucks.

@Koah: Sometimes those mountain passes are super pretty though, can't lie. xD The trips we took from Boise to Idaho City were just like that, but it was worth it because of the hot spring we went to for dates. Cell service would go out at certain parts of course, but ADVENTUREEE!!!
I've never been to any other states in that area other than Jackpot, NV and Salt Lake City. Would love to explore more in that area, but didn't have much time when I was there. I'd really like to visit some of the major cities in WA and OR.

@McMoney: Aww, that sounds cute that they have their favorites. xD My cats are the same in that the female prefers me while the male prefers my fiance hahaha. And yes, I'll definitely do my research before adopting a scale baby. :3 We have an event here where I live called Repticon that comes here a couple times a year, and I've seen a couple of adult uromastyx, but never any babies. They seem pretty rare compared to other things I find there, but I always love going to see all the pretties.
@Wildfire: I've gone through Atlanta airport so many times, but I actually love that one. I always plan my layovers for plenty of time to transition between flights, even if that means I have to book it from one end of the airport to the other. But I prefer going through Atlanta if that's even an option for me, because I'm so familiar with it.

I miss the weather up there sometimes. Though I'll still take living here over living in winter with snow and everything. x-x Would NOT want to shovel that or worry about pipes and car maintenance for that stuff.
@Koah: He's from a small town called Burley, but the mountains we went to were like closer to Pocatello. I've also been to Twin Falls, Boise, and Idaho City, so pretty much the southeast parts of Idaho. I really loved it out there.

@Wildfire: Yep, you're right. And even without the language barrier (or lack thereof) in the U.S., I can at least figure out the layout of airports easily enough.

lol yeah, I know humidity is a huge thing when it comes to temperatures.
When I was in Idaho visiting my fiance, we went up to the mountains where there was still some snow so we could go sledding. Thought I would be FREEZING, but it honestly wasn't so bad with the few layers I had on, and I chalk that up to the humidity (or lack thereof).

@McMoney: Oh that's good! And yeah, reptiles will surprise you with their personalities lol. My favorite tortoise that my brother has, will come at you if he sees you from his cage. It seems like he wants attention, but really he's just trying to protect his turf. xDD I'm sure I'd have to find a breeder whenever I get around to trying to find a morph, but that's okay. I don't mind doing my research!! Also I've always loved the way uromastyxes look, because they look so chubby even though they're lizard-like lol.
@Wildfire: That makes sense. I'm glad I had my family for those long flights as well, for the same reasons you mentioned. I can fly alone across the country just fine, but out of the country? Forget it, I need company!
@Vixen: Well I hope you don't have much trouble finding one. xD

@totalanimefan: That is a good thing! xD
@Vixen: I feel like I see a Love Senshi pop up here and there, so hopefully that one isn't too hard to find! Not sure on the Timely Manner though.
@Wildfire: Probably next to my fiance because he's also my best friend lol. Also, I've been on 13+ hour long flights, but I was much younger back then.

@Wildfire: lol I get cold easily as is. It's 68 here but feels like 73, and I had 2 layers of long sleeves on. :P But you're right, it has felt cooler this year than last, so there's hope!
@Koah: See that weather is exactly what I'm not used to, since I've lived within decent driving distance from beaches most of my life. xD So anything below like 50s and 60s is too cold for me haha.
