I prefer my salmon any grade of undercooked. Same with tuna, now that I think about it. Can't do the canned/packaged tuna, but salmon is still yummy.

That sounds like a crunchy salad indeed! I wish I knew where to buy sushi grade fish, other than the restaurants themselves of course.

The fruit I have in the fridge is cut strawberries and pineapple from the grocery store. :D There were mandarin oranges too, but I ate all those lol.

My favorite sushis are the simplest. I pretty much stick to the ones with just fish, rice, and seaweed. But I make an exception with salmon skin rolls since I love the CRONCH and the sweet and salty flavors.

I only eat my celery crunchy. Can't stand cooked lol.

Ohhh, that sounds interesting!
One of the places that I like close to me is going to add this topping option to their teas, which is like a tea-flavored creamy jello that they put over top? I forget what they called it, but they let us sample it last time we went and it was DELICIOUS!!

I have a terrible time any time I need to go to bed early for the next day. Neeeever works for me because it takes me forever to fall asleep.
