Partly that, and partly that I have a history of obsession and burnout. I have a bad habit of forgetting common sense things like food and showers when I get caught up. Depending on the level of physical exertion I've had during the day, I'll skip out on sleep, as well. This is something I've been working on changing via checklists and alarms, and weekly in-person human interactivities, as well as things that are vastly different from my current 'most favorite activity' to break the rut. It's pretty successful so far, and I'm going on three months!
