Small businesses are great for that! But trust me, you're not alone when feeling that way. You always want to make a great first impression, and trying to do that is sometimes nerve-wracking, but it's nice that once you see the person more it becomes more of a lighthearted kind of thing. Working there will help you improve that from the get-go.

You're welcome! OOO those are great traits to have! But smart, did you write down the one that's like "What are some negative things about you?" down? That apparently gets asked a lot and the right answer is "well here is a positive thing about yourself and this is how it would affect the workspace" LOL

I think it's normal for siblings to fight, but sometimes they can't look past that, and I'm glad that you both have!
