"Your acting like you dont trust Savra." he added.

"So whats your deal with Savra? Its not like they meant to hurt me, and they need someone to keep them safe. They were being hunted Ryker. Im not going to just abandon them like that" he said keeping his voice low, his gaze unusually hard.

Time passed slowly. Valern tried oh so hard. Eventually Fjiore would finally wake. He sat up holding his head. He looked around and sighed. He had to get his bearings first before he did anything, so he took stock of where he was, who was there and what was around him.

Eke looked to Ryker.

"Can we talk in private Ryker?" he asked raising a brow.

He exited the RV waiting for Ryker to follow, his smile gone.

"You had me at meat" he said getting up.

"Think you can use your human form so we can all go eat?" he asked Savra.

It was like watching a kid fawn over a new puppy.

Eke chuckled and let him do so.

Eke seemed...better than before.

Not that he was hiding anything from Ryker, there was jsut so much he didnt want to worry Ryker with.

He playfully scratched behind Savra's ears, and the whole drive he seemed to just fawn over his new friend

"What...was wrong with last night?" he asked

He looked to savra fondly.

"I meant Savra's just a giant puppy" he said with a crooked smile

"I think so" he said looking at Savra.

He looked out the window, his stomach giving a very loud growl.

"Heh...sorry" he said

"I am starving so, place to eat." he said smiling.

He got into the RV and plopped into a seat.

"Make yourself at home Savra, itll be home for a little while" he said beaming.

Eke was happiest when he helped someone or made a new friend, and this time he did both

He grinned and looked at Savra.

"Savras coming witth us"he said matter of factly.

"They deserve what we have. People have only tried to hunt the down. We have to keep Savra safe" he added with a determined look on his face

Eke slept all night like that.

In the morning, he sat up feeling his fever gone.

He inhaled deeply and smiled. "Oh that was comfy" he said

Then he hopped off the Rv.

"Ryker!" he called grinning "We should move on!"

He curles up against Savra's body.

Eke buried his face into the fur.

"Dont tell Ryker..." he said softly.

Eventually he felll asleep curled up into Savra's form

He looked over at Savra's true form.

He then hugged Savra's muzzle and just began to cry.

Eke always tried to put on a smile, that his condition didnt bother him beyond the physical.

But here, with Savra, he let go, and he cried.

"No! no you didnt! Actually.." he sighed and sat back

"This is my fault...i should have stopped the first time i got tired and let Ryker carry me..." he said.

"But i wanted to prove i could make it...and in the end...i had to obe carried anyways.." he said huddling into his knees.

He waved a hand and caught his breath.

"Dont worry just a little sick. Im alright" he said trying to assure Savra.

"Really...this happens to me a lot"
